All Endless Mountains Mustards are made with natural ingredients – no chemicals or preservatives are used.

Why does the oil occasionally separate in the jar?

Answer

Because we use no chemicals or other artifical ingredients which would prevent that from happening. The mustard is still perfectly fine. Just shake the jar or mix it with a spoon to distribute the oil again.
